Learn woodworking skills while making a beautiful box with sliding lid. In this workshop you will use the miter saw, router, drill press, and brad nailers to construct the box. The box has a sliding lid and the dimensions can be customized to fit your needs (max box size is 14" x 10" x 5"). If time permits, you will be able to sand your box and apply a coat of polyurethane or oil to finish it. At the end of the workshop you will leave with some new skills and a beautifully finished wood box that you can gift to someone else or keep for yourself to hold your favorite things. All materials are included in the cost of the class. This class is open to all! No woodworking experience required.
